Patient comfort is one of our highest priorities at Luxebody Therapy. The vast majority of our treatments are very well tolerated and cause only mild, temporary sensations such as gentle warmth, tingling, or light pressure.

For treatments that involve needles such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, or mesotherapy we apply a professional-grade topical anaesthetic cream prior to the procedure to ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible. Many of our patients are pleasantly surprised by how little discomfort they feel.

During your visit, you will be guided through every step by your specialist before anything begins. You are always in control if at any point you feel uncomfortable, simply let your practitioner know and they will pause and address your concerns immediately. There is no pressure and no rushing at Luxebody Therapy.

After your treatment, your specialist will clearly explain what to expect during recovery and provide you with a personalised aftercare plan to follow at home.

We completely understand that life is unpredictable and that plans sometimes change. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be waiting.

To cancel or reschedule, you can reach us by phone or email whichever is most convenient for you. Our team will always do their best to find you an alternative appointment time that works around your schedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or appointments missed without any notice (no-shows), may be subject to a small rebooking fee. This fee is charged out of respect for our specialists’ time and for our other patients who may have been unable to get that appointment slot.
